Planned Giving

Realize Tax Benefits Through Planned Giving

Planned-giving programs provide tax benefits while ensuring that the wealth you’ve built will support the important work of Samaritan Aviation. Here are a few ideas:

  • Remember Samaritan Aviation in your will or living trust.

  • Donate your retirement plan to Samaritan Aviation.

  • Create an endowment through your life-insurance policy that will not affect your capital assets.

  • Create a gift partnership through tools such as charitable gift annuities and charitable lead trusts.

  • To set up planned giving or to discuss an estate gift, call 480-747-5571.

My wife and I support Samaritan Aviation monthly, but wanted to be able to do something beyond a monthly donation.  We recently had a discussion with an Estate Planning Attorney about the various ways to give to our favorite ministry or charity.  It can be as simple as writing Samaritan Aviation in as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy or retirement account.  There are more complex gift models available that allow you to give from your estate that will benefit Samaritan well into the future, while shielding your estate from significant tax burdens.  We’d like to encourage all our Samaritan friends to consider some type of planned gift.
